A rich Texan was visiting the Pope and was a blue phone on the Pope's desk. The Texan asked what it was for and the Pope said that it the a phone to the Lord. The Texan asked if he could talk to the Lord and the Pope said he could, but it cost $25,000 a minute. No problem.
Later, the Pope was visiting Billy Graham and again saw a blue phone on Billy's desk. He asked the same questions and was informed it was $25,000 a minute. No problem.
The Texan was then visiting Pres. Monson and again saw a blue phone and asked if he could talk to the Lord. No problem, but was informed that it would cost him a quarter for the call. "What, why is it so cheap." "Because it's a local call." :evil: :evil:
