Old News??? Devin Unga to BYU!!!

Uani Unga, who goes by Devin, married and with a baby on the way, told the BYU site on Scout.com that he left OSU in order to be closer to his wife’s family for when the baby arrives.



Unga, who is Mormon, is in Utah and was accepted as a walk-on to BYU this week. He has applied for entrance at BYU and is waiting for Oregon State to transfer his transcripts over, according to totalbluesports.com, with an eye on beginning classes at BYU in time to participate in spring drills.

old news but good news.

Adds to our depth, but not sure he cracks our 2 deep his first year eligible(2012). But he is a Kahuku kid, so perhaps there is some thawing in those ranks. Depth is the hallmark of a strong program.
