I am beginning to understand why Urban is leaving Florida

Going from Tebow to these guys? I'm shocked their fans aren't having medical problems either.



Urban has to be thinking, these guys stink and he's wishing to get Tebow back.

Because he hates recruiting, likes to cherry pick a program that is already loaded, win with those guys, then punk out.

Don't worry he'll be back, probably to ND after a great recruiting class. I don't hate him, just see the pattern.

It's definitely his pattern. And yes, Florida was quite awful on New Year's Day. I don't like Meyer, but he is a great coach, he's creative, imaginative, and knows talent. And I don't fault anyone for wanting to get out of coaching, it's a bad life. Some guys love coaching, but it's a brutal way to make a living. I coached for a few years and found most things about coaching distasteful. So if Urban wants out of coaching, he must have a good $30 million in the bank somewhere, so he doesn't need to work. I'm just glad he's out of the news (supposedly) for awhile.

When he left Utah, he basically told the players that he was taking the Florida job because of the money, because Urban felt that he would die coaching because of how intense he gets. I really think that he's saved up a ton of money, and will be out of the game for awhile, if not forever. I see him moving toward a career in broadcasting.

Gunther has matured a lot since the beginning of his radio days. He was the biggest FrUte there was when he started yapping his gums on the radio. I think he's a lot better and even pretty funny. Definitely one of a kind.

Maybe he'll take Gruden's spot in the booth - if he jumps back into Coaching as is rumored.

Did you watch Urban in the studio during the Vegas Bowl? He was awful. Dry. Uninspiring. Didn't add anything to the broadcast or analysis. He was a complete dud.
