He's 4-4 with 3 - 3pters for 11 points. He single handledly took us to our first lead of the game.

A lot of talk on ESPN and other places that UTEP is too athletic for us...really? UTEP? At least Jimmer can go off when needed. I'd really like to know what has happened to Emery this season. Last year we could rely on him to put up 15-20 when the team was struggling from the field. Maybe with the dearth of distance shooters this season defenses are cheating his way a little more? I don't know. Something is up with this kid because though because his senior season has been pretty sorry offensively so far.

So besides Jimmer who can shoot on this team? Apparently Emery, Rogers, and KC will not be getting it together. I don't think there's any reason to think Charles will all of a sudden break out for us either because we've been expecting something for almost 2 years now (at some point a player is what he is and "potential" talk must cease). We need to run the O through the post more but our guys just can't shoot from outside, wth is up with that?

Charles is sitting with 2 fouls. that doesn't help.

Have I ever said that I'm grateful for the internet. I went many years here in Florida not being able to watch or listen to a BYU sporting event and now I am able to watch them over the internet. The Lord loves me a lot in spite of blessing me with killer looks.

Obviously no one told BYU that UTEP was too athletic for them. Way to finish the half, going up 39-26 by scoring the last 10 points topped off by a Davies dunk.
