This is what we call oversupply. =). We're going to get some new numbers this week too, so this graph will be updated soon.

I took advantage and got a great deal. Holding on to the old house until things rebound. Got lucky and found w young couple to rent it. Both doctors.

Did the exact same thing myself. Hope the market recovers in a few years and can unload the old place at a nice premium.

You guys are suckers. You were on the good end of this down economy, while I have to sell mine and move across the country. You guys must live worthily (a good place for a new icon -- a Cougar with a halo)!

We need a new icon -- a Cougar with a halo -- we can call it the "magic happens" icon.
