Why doesn't he drop balls like a college receiver is supposed to do?
10:35 was quite the juke.
His running reminds me of Chambers.

reminds me way more of Collie than anyone. Or a little faster version of Cahoon.
He doesn't remind me of chambers at all. Chambers runs with his head up as if jogging. This kid sprints, and looks to be getting what he can out of his stride.
Just look at the way he finds the seams in zones, and runs some of his double routes. You can't teach that. This is a big, big get.
Can you imagine a senior Hoffman, junior Apo, and a sophomore Weeks? Coached by Cahoon, and/or Lewis in the offseason?

Couple thoughts: How tall is this kid? He makes some of these other high schoolers look like midgets.
He seems to have a good feel for the field, finds the soft spots in zones pretty well and knows when to turn on the burners and leave a corner in the dust.
I also like his "been there before" attitude, not a lot of showboating after touchdowns, just toss the ball to the ref and high five the teammates.
Does he seem a little timid to anyone else? Pack another ten lbs of muscle on this kid and get his physicality going and he'll be unstoppable.

Thought I would post some links and info regarding Josh.
I'm Josh's uncle by the way.
Regarding Josh's speed it is true he does not have scorching speed, but he is not slow. Recently he has been training for the US Army National combine. His best 40 time during training was 4.49, but he consistently runs high 4.5's and low 4.6's. For a frame of reference, according to Direct Athletics (Track & Field info) Josh's best recorded 200m time is faster than O'neill Chambers best recorded 200m time.
Sophomore Highlights, in addition to being named 3A All-State as a Sophomore he was also named first team All-Arizona which combines all classes. Basically means he was thought to be one of the top 3 receivers in the entire state as a Sophomore.

Junior Highlights, led the state in both receiving yards and touchdowns. Sure to repeat as All-State, probable to repeat as All-Arizona. Rated number one receiver in state by MaxPreps post season.
Note on this video, it is not a true 'Highlight' reel. It was put together chronologically so BYU coaches could follow his progress. The most recent game is at the beginning. It was updated each week and sent to Coach Tidwell.

Next is an interview done by a Phoenix TV station preceding a big rivalry game(the other team won but Show Low got their revenge in the State Championships). You will want to start watching with about 3 minutes left. NOTE: Aside from The Church, the Weeks kids are indoctrinated to 3 institutions - First, BYU, 'nuff said. Second the SF Giants, third the SF 49ers. Josh's dad grew up in Fresno before attending HS in Western Samoa, thus the SF fandom.http://www.azfamily.com/sports/high-school/Show-Low-is-getting-ready-to-take-on-Blue-Ridge-in-3A-finals-109932974.html " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The reporter who did the previous interview was so impressed with Josh he invited him to be in studio for his weekly HS sports show when Josh was in the Valley for the playoffs. Josh talks about the schools recruiting him.
