Will We Get An Explanation on the Bradley Call?

Has this been sent to the head of officials for an explanation or will it be?

We'll never get an explanation. Just try to forget about it and move on. BYU had plenty of opportunities to win that game anyway. Can't blame it on that one bad call.

Normally Bronco would be asked this on his Monday presser. But I don't think there was a presser this morning.

We will never hear anything BYU is too classy to bring this up publically, the press all have rose colored glasses or in the case of the only truly objective sports person (Wrubell) he is too classy to drag anyone through the mud on this. So this will be buried and never acted on.

Bronco has stated for years now that they always send in requests for review of questionable plays, so this one will be no different, but what response is given back to BYU is never publicized and I don't see that changing. Personally I would like it to be the MWC that reviews the issue like they did with that bad call in the SDSU game and then announce that the call was bad. How can they retain any claim of legitamacy and not do that? I guess it would be another in a long line of injustices from the MWC toward BYU. That really is a rhetorical statement because I will actually be shocked if the MWC did that on their own.

There needs to be the same degree of scrutiny on this screw up as there was on the San Diego St. game screw up. This one was just as bad and likely cost BYU the game. No guarantee that it did, but give BYU the ball on their own 38 with 5 minutes to go and a 6 point lead and I like their chances. Bottom line is that it is another piece of evidence showing the bush league nature of the MWC and its officials from the commissioner on down. The press is definitely wussing out. Someone with some clout needs to push it.

Won't happen, the MWC has hated BYU for sometime now, first for being the big dog in the conference, and now for leaving it with no money. We won't hear jack squat, just like we and Utah heard boos and hisses when we left, but TCU gets a big bear hug from faggot thompson.

To be fair, the officiating was bad and it went both ways. We were on the recieving end of a couple bad calls so the botched replay on the Bradley fumble doesn't kick me in the gut as hard as it should have. Also, I don't want to be like the SDSU whiners who still today keep bringing up a bad call that may or may not have changed the outcome of the game. I've moved on and put MWC officiating in the rear-view where it should be.
