BYU Got SCREWED!!

How much more conclusive evidence can there be that Bradley's knee was down? 3 camera angles showing that his knee is down and that's not enough.



The refs handed Utah the ball game on that single play.

Let's not pull an SDSU. Shiz happens. We played through it and put ourselves in a position to win but the Utes blocked our FG.

I agree boise, shoulda woulda coulda. As fans we can cry all we want about the crap that happened to BYU, but utah made one more play and won that game. sucks, but that's what happened.

This was a game steal to heal a rift with a team that remains in conference. There is no other explaination for it. It was so blatantly dishonest, that the MWC may have to suspend or fire someone over it, but it was apparently worth it to do this to BYU. And I don't want to hear about how we lost this one on some other play that we did not make. I call bull; lots of plays were not made by both teams that resulted in a close game. No one should blame the team for not out-playing the officials; those refs do not get a pass just because mistakes by both teams allowed the game to be close enough to be stolen by them.



Call me a homer, call me a poor sport, what-ever.... I don't care. The fact remains that this play was a legitimate pick by Bradley with a knee so obviously down, that no explanation is available except for dishonesty. Anyone who says anything else is selling something.



I hope that BYU will throw some class to the wind and get some story going on this. Someone should get canned. "I WANNA SEE SOME BUTT!!!!"

We shot ourselves in the foot........ then we got screwed.

Anae shot us in the foot most. Then the refs---I would LOVE to hear 1 logical explanation for the Bradley "Fumble" call---absolute dishonesty.

We could talk about the same running play up the middle that never got us anything. If it was to set up a trick play, it was all set up at the end.

The difference between the BYU-Utah muffed fumble call and the BYU-SDSU muffef fumble call was timing. The SDSU call happened in the middle of the 3rd quarter. The Utah call happened late in the 4th.



The similairites are in both cases the road teams got screwed.

I think it was deliberate cheating by the booth crew. I have no doubt about it. Unless they weren't given the last angle to see that we all saw; it was clear as day and "indisputable."

Agreed! I watched the end of the game @ work w/ 7 people in the room (Including me). 6 of those people do not care about either BYU or the UofU (watching here in Southern Calif.). All 6 disinterested people felt the KNEE was DOWN!!! No question. There was a loud groan in the room from a bunch of guys that know football - but had no dog in this fight. It was a BAD call!!!!

When the whole thing with BYU and SDSU went down I remember one of the sports reporters tweeting "don't throw stones Utah, I hear 3 Utah employees work in the booth at Utah home games"



I have absolutely zero doubt that there was cheating.

The MWC mandated that all school affiliated officials be removed from the replay booth. If there were anyone in there with a Utah background BYU would have some serious battles to fight.

Unfortunitly BYU didn't play the game that would have kept the refs out of it. The refs were letting PI go all night.

Some thoughts:

First half 4th and inches play. What the #%$& was that? I know you're trying score but a QB sneek would have been enough. -1 for Anae.

I called exactly what BYU/Anae would do after the Kearea run for a first down that set up the field goal. Heaps and company got us down their give them a chance (mix pass/run) to see if we can get it closer. If you noticed, all the runs where to a certain area that would be the best angle for our kicker. By the time we got to 4th down we had lost 10 yards and the kicker had to flaten out the kick to try and get it there. Another -1 for Anae.

Bottom line boys and girls is we gave the game away and got screwed all at the same time. No doubt some heads will roll but it doesn't matter and it won't give us the W in the end.

According to the Yewts, God probably wanted them to win. Goes to show that they are worse than classless....
