If you pay any attention to SEC football (and Pac-10 football, for that matter) the officials always make questionable calls for the higher-ranked team and always let stuff slide for them, as well. This doesn't mean that the higher ranked team will always win, but it means they'll almost always win a close one and they'll have a much better chance at coming back from a deficit.
