The Aztecs Are Worthless

They never have enough heart, passion, or ability to close out games and win.



Happened against Mizzou

Happened against BYU

Happened against TCU

Happened against :utard:



They can talk until they're blue in the face about how much better they think they're getting... they still can't beat the big boys.

A couple of things I learned from watching that game.



1. Wished I hadn't



2. The Aztecs deserve NOTHING, zero, zilch, nada of respect this year. Hoke for coach of the year???? Ha!!!



3. Utah's defense is AWFUL. SDSU was COMPLETELY one dimensional. They have ZERO run game and yet Utah couldn't PRAY to stop the pass. They racked up something like a BILLION yards of offense on the Utes. Unfortunately, SDSU's defense was JUST a bit worse. (A completed hail mary to finish the half? Really? That alone should get Rocky Long fired.)



4. I now think Boise is indeed better than TCU. I think they jump them in the polls tomorrow. The Utah win of theirs looks WORTHLESS now, the near miss with SDSU should be SERIOUS cause for reflection for voters, and Boise continues to annihilate everybody they meet. Should Boise and TCU meet in a BCS game again this year, I'd put all my money on Boise. TCU has yet to prove to me that they are the better team.



5. We will beat Utah next week. Our defense is far better and can shut them down. Our offense is crisp and clean and WAY more balanced than SDSU's and we should be able to have our way with them. I feel very confident about this week's game. This may be the first time we get a blowout win against them in a long time even. I could see that happening. We're finally the underdog for once and we're playing lights out.

SDSU has a better QB at this point in time, better receivers, and a RB better than any 1 of ours at this point. We have a better OL maybe, and a better defense. Utah is vulnerable, but there O came back strong.



Wynn threw for over 300 on the road in a Loss. SDSU ran for only 60, but when you throw 50+ passes, you aren't going to rub for much.



To beat Utah, apparently you need to be able to throw.



This will come down to whether Heaps throws like he did bs UNLV in which case we win at Utah or like he did VS any of the decent defenses we played against and we lose at Urah, or he plays in between Luke today and the near pucks become picks or just near picks. Near picks and we have a nail biter. Picks and we lose.



Utah will make Heaps beat them with his arm. I hope Heaps is sharp and up to the task.

IMO Lindley is the best QB in the MWC and has a very good chance at playing at the next level. I think they have better receivers and a better RB, too.

I checked the MWC season stats and guess what, SDSU has the best runner, the two best receivers, and the best QB statistically in the MWC. One could argue that they have the best Oline if they have such good offensive production from 4 players.

I'm with you, mate. I thought Lindley looked great last night, except for that last INT. He certainly had a better game than Wynn.

All I know is that we gave Lindley more trouble and shut down their run game better than Utah and TCU did. I think that fact means a lot. I expect our D to show up for Utah. I hope Anae sticks to the run, because he tends to not want to do that. We will run on Utah, then burn them with play action. I think we go for a ball control, wear them out approach and beat them in the trenches late. I like our chances of winning.

Yeah, and our O-line is MAYBE better than theirs, too. Heck - I wonder how we even beat them? Or how we're going to manage to finish ahead of them in the conference? I guess we're lucky - considering how nearly every unit they have out on the field is better than hours...

Oh, I don't know. I think the Aztecs were just getting in the Christmas spirit early. After all they did GiFT WRAP the game for the u.

SDSU gave Utah the game, they had no business winning that one. You can't play that sloppy to end the game and expect to win.

I expect the SDSU boosters to send a whiny letter to Utah asking them to forfeit the game because the pick in the end was "just plain mean."
