Game is off to a great start.

Opening drive for NM resulted in a pick by Eathyn Manumaleuna.

Great blitzing package by the Cougar defense.



Two offensive drives for New Mexico 2 turn overs.

Nice catch and throw between Heaps and Hoffman.

3rd and 15 from the 17 yard line. Would like to get another TD.

Looks like the wind may have picked that ball, as it sails outside the endzone.

Mitch Payne now 4 points away from tying his brother for 2nd place all time scoring.

Stump seems pretty winded after that hit, wonder if it's more than just getting the wind knocked out of him.

Looks like the new NM QB didn't want to throw the same interception as the last one did. He threw it a country mile out of the field.

Looks like our worse starting field position on this drive. We'll be starting from our own 20.

Austin Holt gets his 2nd catch of the season.

Juice is looking great this game, as is Kariya. JJ not getting many carries yet.

Hoffman is also looking much improved this game.



Sounds as if there may be an injury issue with Reynolds, not bad, but a little hobbled.
