What are they of/for?

I can tell you they mean different things than the blue/gold ones, before anyone tries to explain those as they are wrong.

The one looks like a closed fist. Isn't that a Bronco thing originating back in his New Mexico days and signaled an important defensive stand.

This year there are 3 types of stickers, blue cougars, gold cougars, and "H" stickers, for "Head Coach" which are given out by Bronco for goals the players make and reach with Bronco privately.

I wonder if the "H" stickers are the shield stickers, I know they are called "H" stickers, but I never heard what they actually look like.
