SDSU is pressed to have the charges dropped because he escaped the "intentional beating" with help from a BYU alum.

Rumor has it that by dropping the charges, he receives a lifetime's supply of Jumbo Jacks! ;)

After further review, video evidence from the night club did not conclusively show that he actually dropped the case before his knee was down. Charges stand. [Brady Hoke goes ballistic]
