Best Steak in Utah??

I just thought I'd throw this topic out to diversify (apologies to the conservatives on the board) the current lounge topics without repeating the hamburger debate.

So, best places to grab a steak in Utah? Looking for bargain buys as well as money-is-no-object entries.

Mine:

Bargain buy-- call me ghetto, but I love the Sizzler 8 oz sirloin with grilled onions and mushrooms. I could eat this sucker every day of the week.

Top-shelf-- Ruth's Chris ribeye. I have to admit, once I had a Ruth's Chris ribeye, we stopped messing around trying to find other great steaks. It just isn't work spending $40+ bucks on a steak to come away disappointed, and this one has never disappointed.

I've always wanted to go to Ruth's Chris... sadly I don't make nearly enough money to even get water there, let alone a rib-eye.

As for other good steaks, there are only 2 places I regularly get steaks:

1. Outback - I really enjoy the seasonings they use.

2. Texas Roadhouse - a strong, traditional grilled steak, best with A1.

I agree with these two, and would add Ruby River as a third.

The best steak I have ever had in my life, no joke, was a bison steak at a restaurant in Zion National Park. It had almost no fat, was melt in your mouth tender (as tender as a filet mignon), and bursting with very satisfying flavor.

Bison is delicious. I often eat ground Bison.

Yes, I have seen that in stores but have never found Bison steak in regular grocery stores. Anybody know a good source for Bison steak?

After my personal discovery of Bison I think the Indians had a good thing going and can't understand why anyone would try to raise cattle in the harsh environment of the west when Bison can survive the toughest of conditions with less maintenance and produce a healthier source of protein.
