Cody Hoffman/Freshmen - Mountain West Conference special teams player of week (don't lose a step with OC off team)



Brandon Ogletree/Sophmore - MWC defensive player of the week



Kyle Van Noy - Critical plays throughout the WY game (including last play knock-down of pass)



JD Falslev - hard running north/south approach - fearless - courageous



Presently our strength is the RUN GAME on offense and defense.



After this bye week, I look for things to get even better in the coming weeks as we find ourselves offensively and defensively.

I am more worried about pass defense than pass offense. BYU will be BYU, we are going to have an pass offense again, but defensively speaking.... well, like I said, I am worried now and in the long run.

Special Teams play has been mostly good. The blocked punt was disappointing, but all else was well iirc

I think we should mention Juice as well...he's looking better every week
