I've figured out why we stink so bad...

We don't do our traditional haka anymore. We started last season by doing the haka in Jerry's World against Oklahoma. We won that game.



Maybe we should reconsider bringing back our short lived tradition and scare some opponents before game time.



I really don't care if 80% of the haka participants were actually white AND didn't know a thing about the Polynesian lifestyle. I always enjoyed see John Beck showing off his scary face :angry: before each game.



We really don't stink because of Jake Heaps, WR's, and Robert Anae. We stink because we just don't do our pregame dance anymore.

We were 25 yards and a wyoming score away from the being the stinkiest bunch of stinks that ever stinked.



The haka for sure. It was the only thing in pregame warmups by the Cougs that resembled more than just 60 percent effort/intensity.

Last night on the local news, they showed UH doing the Haka before dismantling USU in Logan. There may be something to this and maybe Greg McMackin is finally starting to earn his $1.3m salary on the back of his completely unheralded, zero star, QB.
