B Doman did tire flip, rope flip and other brutal drills alongside players Tuesday. He won many hearts for the effort in intense practice.

It's not the tire flipping that is important, nor the play calling so much as the leadership and uniting of the offense this effort will bring. Not unlike what bronco did a few weeks ago. Didn't he run sprints alongside the defense? I appreciate doman's attempt to change the face of our offense.

I think this team needs a new attitude/mindset. There is no fire or emotion in the offense. Doman is like Bronco where he wants guys to give 100% on every play. The fact that he ran drills shows that he is trying to show them what kind of effort it takes to become a winner. I don't see understand how guys can criticize everything especially when we all have been screaming for some kind of fire to be lit under the offense. Doman is lighting that fire.

This is likely all part of the early stages of the transition from Anae to Doman as the OC. I see it is a very calculated move not only to inspire and light fire, but to gain the confidence of the team, especially the offense, in preparation for this new role.
