I am not going to sumarize the article much but if this is true, then we need to make some changes and quick. I supported Gary Crowton all the way up until the 2004 unlv loss and then I started leaning towards change. When a coach loses his team, you have to get a new one. If Robert Anae has lost this team (lost his players and assistant coaches) then he needs to go and sooner then later.

This has been true for a while, only our winning made it somewhat less relevant. This, combined with his idiotic insistence on either starting Riley or going with the 2QB system is why I think he needs to go.

Why do you think Anae went upstairs last year? Doman was better with the players.

Why do you think Anae came back down? Aside from freeing up Doman to coach baby-heaps, he probably said to Bronco,implicitly or explicitly, if my job is on the line, if IT really was slipping away from Anae already last year, he knew--or Chow warned him--that somebody's head will roll for the horrible offense headed this way in 2010.

Haha! Typical Bronco. He lets you interpret his comments how you please and won't refute your interpretation.



"Sure"...I interpret that to mean Anae's days are numbered.



If the rumors of discord are half true, nothing upsets Bronco more than that. Team unity is a top priority of his. Next comes execution. From where I sit, looks like both are currently in jeopardy.

LaVell had disharmony among his coaches from time to time. of course, it was usually between O and the D coaches. Or between LaVell on his OC because they ran it up too much.



If Anae can not stick to the game plan out of sheer stubborness--or worse--incompetence--he needs to be relived of play calling duties. Let him coach the TE's, and strip his play calling duties.
