CSU Info Please...

So each year I try to get to an away game for BYU football and right now CSU is my best available left (I will NEVER attend another game in Rice Chex Stadium). Therefore, by simple process of elimination I am planning on taking my 3 sons to the CSU game on Nov. 13. We'll be leaving from Idaho Falls. Can any of you give me any tips/pointers about how to make the trip most successful and cost efficient?



Ie. Best places to buy tickets, best route to take considering possible winter weather, decent places to stay in or around CSU, etc.
