Chambers is Back

I am very glad to have him back. To have someone who actually really really WANTS to play and play hard is sorely needed in our receiving core. Excited to have him back.

Glad he is back, hope he brings a little heart to the team.

This is good news. We need someone with an attitude to fire up the stiffs that have been playing on offense the last few weeks. There has been no fire or emotion out of anyone. Hopefully he can change that.

Is he going to play defense as well like he said he was willing to? I would be shocked to see it, but think he would be great at Safety.

I admit Chambers has done nothing but disappoint me, he's slow, he drops passes, fumbles, talks too much, delivers too little, etc. But he does have some fire, and boy do we need some fire. I hope he makes me look stupid by being all world this week against SDSU. In fact, to be perfectly honest, I have lost all faith in our receivers--until they come to play, run routes, get open, catch passes, gain yards, make first downs, and score points. when they do these things, they will restore my faith in them. But, holy cow, what a gross disappointment our receivers have been. If they keep dropping passes, we not win another game.

Also looks like he is not tight end anymore either per Harmon.

Welcome back O'Neil - I hope you and your teammates have a breakout performance agains the Aztecs.

Somebody better have a breakout game against SDSU, or I'd be inclined to pull all their scholarships and counsel them to take up something that doesn't require hands, like cross country running.

This would be the week to do it - in Provo and against a team that - surprisingly - may be one of the better teams that we play this year
