UW beat Toledo on the road to move into the 5th spot while BYU's loss to in state rival USU drops them all the way to 8th and was serious enough to lead to the firing of DC Hill. UNLV lost to in state rival UNR with a better showing than BYU had the previous week while UNM lost yet again. How long will their coach be allowed to further sully what was once a very competitive and proud program?
It is a sad day that BYU is now in the bottom 2 rather than the top 2, where they historically have been.
