Is that what we're seeing here? We crash with Crowton and then we come up for a few years, but never quite to the height we hoped for and then BOOM. Down we fall faster and harder than we ever had. Or maybe it was a BYU football bubble? We rose to such heights it was only a matter of time before we crashed? Why do I feel like running out and buying some gold right now?

Name me the program that has had BYU-like success over the last 30 years. Not too many programs go above .500 year after year. We got spoiled and are having a terrible year. The sun will come out again.

I know. I know. I just REALLY hate my football life right now. You know that a UTE is the quarterback for the 49ers and they haven't won a GAME? a UTE!! And I hate him. He sucks. The one constant has always been at the very least that we have a good offense at BYU. Our defenses are always iffy but our offenses are usually nails. In years past if our defense came up flat our offense could at least keep us in the game. And I believe that by the end of this year our offense will actually be very impressive and next year they will really turn some heads, but that DEFENSE! UGH! You know who is the exact opposite of us? Utah. Their offense is ALWAYS iffy but their DEFENSE is always nails. It always keeps them in the game. Oh well. There's always next year :~(
