Does Luke Ashworth's new church have a FB team?

If so, he should transfer. Guy should not play another snap. Our coaching staff have all the integrity, character, blah blah blah in the world. They have no balls. none. They need to sit losers like Ashworth that just can't cut it.

but they're not going to. They would've by now. You can keep telling yourself "eventually they'll have no choice but to bench players like Ashworth" if it makes you feel better, but they won't.

I try to stay away from the coaching comments but why that sorry kid is still playing wideout is beyond me. No hands. No speed. No separation. No drive. No heart. He is characteristic of the entire offense. Jacobsen is no different either.

Indeed... Hoffman, Heaps, and Di Luigi seem to be the only three offensive players that give a crap about doing the best they can. The rest seem to be going through the motions. You can hardly blame them when all their head coach can do in term of motivation is scorn and sulk and stare at the field blankly all night.

Before tonight I would have put Jacobsen in the same boat as Ashworth. But at least tonight Jacobson averaged 10 ypc on 8 receptions. He led the team actually.

Ashworth on the other hand had a grand total of zero receptions. And it's not like he wasn't getting the ball thrown his way either.

You know, I kept my negative comments directed towards the coaching staff rather than at specific players on these last few threads because APPARENTLY the mods here didn't like that kind of stuff when I wrote how I felt about Oneil Chambers. Now you're on here ripping apart this kid and even his religion and they don't delete YOUR comments. They don't lock YOUR thread. What gives mods?



Look, I don't think you SHOULD delete this thread or lock it. I thought it was stupid you did it to me. But you offered no explanation as to why you did and the only thing I could figure (that you didn't want to hurt our unpaid players feelings) was CLEARLY not the reason. Get a grip, mods. You're makin me sick.

He's getting a free education to catch passes and run routes. Can't do either right. .



I might forgive him if he were a freshmen or if this were earlier in the year, but this was the 5th damn game and he's dropping/giving up on/missing/messing up his route on probably 2/3's or more of the passes that go his way.



He sucks.

Fair enough, if there is no one better than him than play him, but don't pass to him because Ashworth is fair to inconsistant. Heaps will not continue throwing to him if he's not going to catch it anyway so it will work itself out.
