The 1-3 team beats the 1-3 team and they storm the field. Good job. Your best team in a decade just beat the worst BYU team in a decade.

I do remember playing SDSU on a friday night in 2005 and getting it handed to us, actually maybe that was the day of GC after the priesthood session.

Bronco doesn't circle anything. He just moves through the season methodically, one team after another. I don't know if the man has an emotional bone in his body. I love him as a head coach but it's time he starts asking questions.

He deserves a lot of slack, but I agree that it definitely seems like he's lost the fire he had as a defensive coordinator. Players used to fear the pain he put them through as a D-coordinator. The CEO-like cliches are growing old to me.

I think that soon a new Bronco is going to emerge, he's being stretched by this 0-4 run as much as anyone and will respond. but with the injuries and the inconsistency of the team, I'm not expecting too much (this year).

Defense is not the biggest problem right now. It is the anemic offense. You simply can't win with the utter lack of offensive production and atrocious passing game that we currently have. Our defense has played well enough for the the team to be 4-1 - they really have. But the offense simply cannot produce anything coming close to a consistent passing game or an ability to score TDs. Bronco needs to imprint himself on the offense.

The 3-3-5 works much better with our personnel this year, but it is way too late to implement something new. Then again, maybe it isn't. We're not winning with our LB play the way it is in the first place, so go crazy! I would rather lose blitzing and smashing people, than sitting back and watching 15+ play drives.

After hearing President Uchtdorf's talk in priesthood session as he touched upon fan behavior, perhaps we should feel bad when we beat USU by 65 points....I volunteer to be that fan ;)
