Not 1 BYU player would start for USU

I have zero doubt of this. Their players are faster, stronger, and more disciplined. Sure maybe some fat boys on the line could, but as far as skill players go, it's a no contest.

it's funny... I actually read this title and thought to myself "That's a bunch of crap"... and then I seriously tried to think of an example of a player to prove my point: and I couldn't. Wow. I guess you may be right.

Nelson could have made every throw that Borel made tonight. He also could have run as effectively. As far as who is the better QB (freshman heaps vs Junior Nelson), we'll probably never know.



win/loss so far for the QBs this year:

Nelson 1-1

Heaps 1-3



one win a piece vs washington (although Nelson looked like the better QB that game). Give Nelson the AFA loss. Heaps takes the FSU, Nevada, and USU losses.



Do not mean to bring up the QB thing again. I'm liking Heaps as the QB, but your criticism of Nelson is getting old.

I watchd the game. Here's my 2 cents worth. USU was more disciplined. They also - collectively - have better athletes. They manhandled us & did WHATEVER they wanted all night - on both sides of the ball. Bronco & his coaches have some serious soul searching to do to get this team back on track!!! It is possible - bet there is real work to be done. Recruiting, practicing, developing, evolving. It's going to be long term & painful. There are no quick fixes here.
