The Big XII announces permanent football schedules

I think that just like BYU knew the MWC was not going to get an auto bid, the BYU folks also knew we were never going to get a Big XII bid. This was just hopeful thinking of fans like me, but I am way more stoked about being independent. The schedule is falling into place nicely, and the freedom to schedule whoever we want (well, that will shedule us back, but you know what I mean) and have such control over our TV broadcasting is just awesome. Ofcourse, I'm usually a glass half full kind of guy, so take that for what its worth.

The Big what? Oh you mean the Little 10. Got it....

Is there any possible way we could please get the Big 12 and Big 10 to switch names? I could handle the Big 10 having eleven teams. But the Big 12 having ten and the Big 10 having 12 is just getting silly.

You are just thinking about them too literally. I think the names are fitting. The Big 10 aspires to have 10 good teams some day, so it keeps expanding. The Big XII needs a couple extra spaces to account for Texas' ego. Although, I would expect they are a little more humble after last week.
