I sent him a message, it will be interesting to see if he replies. I would like to add, guys keep it clean if you send him a message. Make sure you sound intelligent and not like an angry drunken fan. This guy deserves what he did to Fuga to be done to him but putting BYU fans in an unintelligent light is not classy.

Sorry fellas, but actually searching out his facebook account and sending him a message seems pretty lame.

Its unfortunate Fuga got injured and the play was questionable, but does it seem like maybe a few of us may be taking this a little too far?

Its bad enough to get throttled at home by nevada, but writing this dude facebook messages is almost more embarrassing. We should represent BYU with class, win or lose.

"sending a message" is childish at best...

I disagree. He obviously feels no remorse for ending a guys season, from what he tweeted, so I sent him a very short message telling him that what he did was a dirty cheapshot that ended a players season and that he should be suspended for the year in the very least and really should have to pay for Fuga's medical bills if things were just. I normally wouldn't do this but when a guy is a complete cheap shot artist, he should have what he has done pointed out to him.

His blog makes him sound like a total tool. I hope he gains some real perspective in life someday.

There is no question in my mind that the block was illegal and dirty.

If you look at the play it was an intentional dirty cheap shot. He was not blocked into Fuga's leg, he dove at his legs. Fuga didn't even know it was coming. It was dirty and a cheap shot and it ended a good players season. If there is any karma in this world, this cheap shot artist will have his season ended by injury too.

Umm no, it was not questionable. He is a lineman and he knew darn well what his block was most likely going to do. The shot on Fuga was a dirty, dirty shot. It was akin to throwing a high beanball in baseball. You know the likelihood of injury is very high and to go ahead and do it is unforgivable.

As for a message it should have been sent a few plays later. If I were on the team I would have put a serious hit on his QB and then as the ref picked up the flag from my well earned 15 yards, I would have looked at him and said "get the message". I would not have cared if I sat the rest of the game or even the next. At least my teammates and more importantly my opponents would know that cheap shots like that would not be tolerated.

We can debate all we want on the "ethics" of the play but stooping to the level of searching this guy out and tricking him into reading a message is something my twelve year old sister would laugh at. Come on guys, represent BYU as a religious school, dont stoop to nevadas level on this. Doesnt really send the message we should be sending...

Yeah, here at BYU we have no self-respect and we never stand up for ourselves and our own. Being LDS means that you just have to lay down and take whatever crap others throw on you and never, ever do anything about it, ever. Now THAT'S classy :roll:
