If you are referring to Anae, you are correct. Anae has always been an average play caller on his good days and a poor play caller on his bad days. I thought that last year he did a much better job up in the box but last saturday was a classic case of him on a bad day. I am still not in favor of firing him though.

What made play calling great last year was Max calling the audile (sp?) and changing the play Anea called. Nothing is better than when our QB is experienced enough to read the defense at the line and change the play. Will we see our QB's get to that level this year or will we suffer through the year with a bad case of Anea-aria??

If Jake had been given the bulk of the fall camp snaps and those during the week, I'm certain he'd be confident enough to make auidbles this season. I don't know that Riley would get there-other than changing the play to call his own number. Because, who doesn't see another QB draw coming?
