Is it dishonest to put Utah at the bottom?

Are we talking a nightly prayer kind of sin here, or is it talk to the bishop territory?

If it is your opinion that they are at the bottom of the conference, it would be dishonest of you NOT to put them there. The judgment of your opinion will be on the basis of stupidity, not iniquity, and (perhaps unfortunately) stupidity is no sin in and of itself.
