nc doesn't get aq staus for the mwc as long as unm, csu, unlv, and csu weigh them down... it simply gives them some credibility and a distraction from utah and byu, but bsu and tcu would both play in bcs games and the mwc still won't qualify under the terms of the current agreement.

Not gonna happen. BYU won a title in the WAC, and it helped elevate the WAC exactly ZERO because the overall league sucked lemons. Sorry, but BYU, Utah and TCU were 3-0 v. BCS teams, the rest of the league a predictable 0-3, with new Mexico getting beaten back to the stone age they lost so badly. The MWC issue has never been are the good teams good enough, it is is the bottom good enough. The answer remains absolutely not.



I do think Hair is happy that BSU beat VT and Fresno State beat Cincinnati. Those were both solid wins for sure.
