MarsFuture Independent and current Big XII teams started the season 10-0 against I-A teams, and 5-0 against BCS foes (wins by Notre Dame, BYU, Missouri, Oklahoma State, and Kansas State)! Navy plays Maryland on Monday, and they're favored to win too. Of course, Kansas lost to a I-AA team.
Meanwhile, MWC-2012 schools went 2-3 against I-A teams. Wins by TCU and Fresno State, losses by Colorado State, UNLV, and New Mexico. Combined scores from those losses: 24-117.
C-USA and MAC schools combined to go 0-12 against I-A opponents. Along with the sunbelt, they earned zero wins over BCS teams.
The Big east and PAC-10 combined to go 0-4 against BCS foes.
The ACC and Big Ten combined to go 3-3 vs. BCS opponents.
