Masoli's appeal granted; will play tomorrow

But our USC transfer...who left before the "Punishment" by the NCAA on USC...does not get granted?

He found a loophole:



Per ESPN:

"The NCAA will sometimes waive a one-year residency requirement for athletes who are transferring but enrolling in a graduate program not offered at the previous school."



He actually had graduated with a degree, so that puts him in a different boat than Uona. So it was for a different reason he was approved. I don't think NCAA was happy of this loop hole since he left the school after being kicked off due to two issues with the law, but that what happens with loop holes sometimes.

That's jacked up! They'll waive him cause there was a different course at the new school, but not let our boy cause he left a sinking ship that the NCAA demolished?
