Kiffin is already destroying the Trojans

USC is putting on a piss poor performance vs Hawaii. Their defense is horrible.

You can see the fear in his eyes. He has zerio confidence in his team right now. Its a reflection of his coaching. He is a loser. USC will not be what it has been for many years to come.

Seeing via ESPN that he's going for 2-point conversions after TDs...any reason for this, or is Kiffin TRYING to be the NCAA version of a pro wrestling villain?

The problem, is that this is the year they need to be good. To inspire some confidence in Kiffin and of course to build into the next 4 years of their probation. (and that's assuming that the tennessee violations dont' sneak up on kiffin like they have to rich rod of michigan (formerly w va) and in hoops Indianas Kelvin Sampson (formerly OU)...



They didn't lose scholarships this year, they lose them the next few.



Who's to say that Barkley just doesn't declare for the draft after the end of this season; it's not like he has anything to play for there and there's zero chance he's staying until he's a senior (the only year he'd get to play in a bowl game)



Hawaii is garbage and they're having little trouble moving the ball on USC. If that's any indication, the rest of the season is going to be very very long.



Kiffin is not going to last long. USC is a trainwreck.

USCs defense sucks.... it's going to be ugly when they play a big team that can actually run the ball.



If Hawaii had any semblance of a defense, they might be winning right now.

This game has been fun to watch, if nothing else.

Barkely can't declare for the draft after this year. You have to be at least three years removed from high school to be eligible for the NFL draft or I believe to play at all.

Did you hear Kiffins interview at halftime? What a jerk! A question was asked about what Hawaii was doing that was working so well and his response was (paraphrasing) "Nothing. We had a late hit on the QB and that was it."

What an ass.

From what I saw, Hawaii looked really fast, and it reminded me of the days when trips to Hawaii scared the crap out of me. Those dudes hung big numbers on us in Hawaii more than I would have liked--Detmer year, Staley/Doman year, etc. But they usually are poor on D.



USC will be good enough to win 8-9 games this year. Their depth got killed by the NCAA sanctions. They are in step 1 of a few leading the wrong way.
