Hey, just wanted to wish you congratulations on your move to being an independent. From what I gather, your Cougars will be making a ton more in revenue and will give you some freedom to make your own moves. Hey, good luck and wish you guys the best this coming season.



Looking forward to seeing your team in Austin next year and hopefully I can make it to Provo when we come there. Hear it's a cool place to play...figuratively and literally. ; )

Thanks. We are pumped about this. We have been taking a beating in the press in other MWC cities lately, but I think the arrogance and hubris they tried to put on us just got thrown in their faces. ESPN wanted BYU, is paying for all BYU home games for 8 years. That is no small thing. Just need to win games now.

Yeah, you hit the nail on the head. Just WIN baby as many a coach has said. If you win especially against quality opponents, then your move will look like genius, however, if not, then I can hear it already..."Oh, they never should have left in the first place" and all that crap from fans and media alike. Either way, I still think ya'll did the smart thing and maybe just maybe, BYU and Texas will be in the same conference someday. New Big 12??? Hmmm.



Glad to see you scheduled Notre Dame, I hope you paste them bad. We won't get our chance for awhile unfortunately.

Mr. Lingo, are you saying that fans from BYU aren't classy or as classy as the OU fans? I disagree. :P :P
