So far in the games that matter, Charles is getting playing time (which is good) against solid NBA caliber opponents (Turkey is loaded with 2-3s that play in the NBA or top notch euro teams; like Hedo Turkoglu)(China obviously boasts Yi Jianlian, who's been a monster this month in world competition)

What's not good, is that Charles is missing a lot of shots. Which either means nerves, poor shot selection or possibly he's just not a top notch shooter.(He missed 6 threes against China)

What is good, is that he's at least taking shots against world class competition, keeping his legs and learning from the best. The 3 is a major wild card on the team this year. It's him, Collinsworth, Rogers or Zylstra; but we really benefit defensively if Charles can come to BYU this year and just own that position. I guess we'll see. A lot of us have been waiting for him to truly live up to his enormous potential and athleticism.

I'm going to go with all three. But the level of competition should greatly help him. Just like training with the national team is going to help Jimmer. I also don't think Charles will have a green light to shoot, let alone miss, six threes under Rose.
