-So'oto is a BEAST! Hope he stays healthy (knock on wood).
-Will we miss Bryson against Washington? Yes.
-Eathyn M. He's looked great making the switch from NT to DE (and he's still bigger than half of our DTs...).
-Peterson and Richardson are unsung guys, not well known, but they're making plays for us right now.
-Putnam is the most disappointing D-Lineman this fall camp, by far. He came in as the starter opposite Vic, missed a bunch of days, and is now the 2nd-stringer.
-Rowley is looking great for a freshman! His future is bright. Tuiloma will most likely blue-shirt this season, but he's good enough to play. Tayo F. is a bit of a mystery to me at the moment. He's just about the biggest guy on the team, but he came into camp slow and out of shape... yet Bronco isn't looking at blue-shirting him this year. Odd.
-DE Ansah has got a sack too in fall camp, though I couldn't find the link to when. The last scrimmage? Could he actually play this year? Exciting come-from-nowhere story man, fingers crossed for NEXT season with this diamond in the rough kid.
~Seriously, the pass rush seems to be MUCH improved this season over last. And the LB core may be bringing even more heat than the D-Line! It's the lack of tackles for a loss that concern me. Despite the seemingly-improved pass rush and an expected improvement in pass D, our run D is probably going to take a step back this year (partially due to opponents)... I'm only hoping that it's a small step.....
