CannonCougar85I found this on cougarboard this morning. A BYU fan in Austin was listening to local sports radio and Chip Brown came on and said that in June the Big 12 had discussions with both BYU and Air Force about a possible invite to the Big 12.

Some of you remember that Chip Browns radio station sent out a tweet in June saying that BYU and Air Force were going to be invited to the Big 12. It was later retracted and played off that somebody hacked the twitter account. Seems to me that it wasn't hacked it was just premature. It also tells me that Chip Brown has been and is the Big 12/ Texas Puppet in this whole thing. Chip says what the Big 12/Texas want him to say and he doesn't say what the Big 12/Texas doesn't want him to say.
