"BM says QBs not going to b docked in evaluations when receivers drop passes."

Maybe Kitic could add that to the daily QB stat as well :-)

(I guess this didnt absoultely need a new subject. Sorry folks, wasnt going to continue to support "BlueIsBetter" in his post on dropped passes. )

I don't think I'll add drops, as it's a stat that's not usually associated with QBs. But it's clear it should taken into consideration.

It's interesting to see that Hoffman seems to be stepping up. And if you're a WR, and you guys in front of you dropping balls, each one see has to make you think you're one step closer to playing/contributing if you catch everything thrown your way.

your childish and self-righteous way in responding to his post has been more ridiculous than any substitute curse WORD could ever be.

for the record - if you've ever said darn, heck, shoot, goodness gracious, gosh, oh my word, or practically any slang word in the english language, you've been guilty of using "substitute words." if you want to play the shades of gray game to justify that, that's your choice I get.

Should we create a poll and ask posters if they appreciate the jargon BlueisBetter chose to use?

Feel free. I think his level is a wholy different level. Unless your shades of gray have gotten so dark you cant see through them.

again, if you want to justify your substitute words, that's your decision. I won't boycott your threads over it.

back on topic...

I'm glad Bronco recognzed recently that our receivers are dropping lots of passes, and therefore skewing the numbers a bit towards being misleading. This tells me that him and anae see it as an issur with our receivers, not our quarterbacks. I like that jake has a cannon for an arm, bc bullet throws are more difficult to pick off typically.

the fact that heaps continues to throw against the ones tells me something... I expect we'll be seeing a two qb system for awhile, as bad an idea I think that'd be.
