Organ donor dies after giving liver to his brother

For what it's worth, I'm a huge supporter of organ donors and stories like this only reinforce my belief that when presented with such an opportunity, there are few greater acts of service. Say a prayer for his 3 kids and his wife.

I am big on organ donation as well, and totally appreciate what Bronco and Coach Whit do for the kidney foundation each year with the golf tourney and billboards simply for awareness. I have a genetic kidney disease myself that will lead to transplant eventually. Stage 4 kidney failure and when I hit stage 5, will be looking for a family donor myself. Liver disease is much more crazy though. We have 2 kidneys, but just 1 liver. Makes it tougher to find donors.
