Despicable Me

I found this movie to absolutely wonderful and laugh-out-loud funny. It starts slow but I was probably laughing audibly for the last 3/4 of the movie. Perhaps it's just my sense of humor, or the mood I was in, or maybe it's just a really funny movie. Go see it instead of Salt.

I found the show very funny also.

I just got off of a three week vacation in Utah and having a bunch of teenagers show me what it's really like to be a 57 y/o man. I kept up with them every step of the way, but, in order to do that, I made them slow down ever so slightly. Zions National Park was awesome, but I also made plenty of time to return to my old haunts of BYU.

Salt was better.



However, when I saw Despicable me, it was streaming off of my laptop and was low quality... but that doesn't really affect the jokes. My wife likes it though. I guess it must just be popular with the ladies!

Actually, the visuals are a big part of many of the jokes, so it does affect the funny, but pot-A-to pot-ah-to...

Saw this last week and loved it. Steve Carell did a wonderful job with the voice of Gru. My wife loved it too.

I took my boys (5 and 3) to see it today. They really enjoyed it. It was pretty good and had some decently funny parts.
