Speaking of the Brits, U.S. citizen to be new person in charge of BP. Is it just me or is this just one too many times where it is the Americans who have to come to the rescue to bail out the Brits?



Texas congressman Barton says White House's request from BP to set up a $20 billion fund to pay for damages etc is a "shakedown."
