Their forcast for who will have a down year. Believe it or not they list BYU predicting a 9-3 record. How can that be a riches to rags story? I can see Cincinnati.

Then they give Cincy a chance to win it all.

...and if BYU is still sorting out personnel chemistry, particularly on defense, by the time the two meet in week two, this game could be interesting.
