It's unfortunate that when BYU beats UNLV both times this year, they'll be able to come back and say yeah, but we lost all our best criminals.

Assuming he is guilty, which is a still major assumption, you really think that he is risking going to jail for a longer period of time by being convicted rather than taking a guilty plea-bargain deal? all to play his senior season? I mean, I wouldn't put it past an 18 y.o. to think that way, but it sure seems short-sighted to risk a max sentence for one year of college ball. Hopefully he really is innocent, and his girlfriend made the whole thing up because.....um..... she's just a cruel person....and.....she hates UNLV basketball. :roll:
