20 teams interested in Harvey!! Just adds to the shame of what happened. At least things look positive for him.

This is like having 32 men and 1 woman on a deserted island. The NFL can't help themselves but at least take a look.



Harvey ends up getting a lot more attention through this than he would have otherwise (and he avoids having to go head to head with the proverbial beauty queens in the combine). I'd be surprised if anyone spent a 2011 3rd on him, but a 4th doesn't seem out of the question. That's likely no worse (and potentially better) than what he would have gotten out of the regular draft.



And BYU hosts this pro day (I believe they are) which is always great for all the others Cougs to see it and get motivated.

Jay Drew is blogging that more than three-quarters of the NFL's teams will be represented at Harvey's Pro-day on Thursday (the 8th).



That's a ridiculous amount of scouts on campus, but I guess it's to be expected when the scouts have pretty much absolutely nothing else to do.



Anyone know if our other players can run through the drills with Harvey to try and catch a scout's eye?

I don't know! I would hope Jan Jorgensen would give it a shot. It would be a step up from his "Red and Blue" radio stint he's doing.

Without Jan, that show totally blows... It's strange, the show used to annoy the hell out of me, but it seems that somehow with him there I can tolerate it a little better, and somehow I find myself tuning in at times. I think it will be much better once the good sports start and there's a lot of college football to talk about. I also somehow think he mellows Gunther down a bit, which is a slight plus. Because before Jan I just wanted to punch him after anything came out of his mouth. I no longer feel like breaking my radio when I hear him talk.

I certainly am keeping my fingers crossed for Harvey!! Excuse my bias - but I would love to see the Steelers pick Harvey up. You bet!!!!

that show blows with and without him. I can't get through it, and the only other option is listening to "clones" talk about "more - more stuff" Slit my wrists. Jim Rome is pretty funny, but listening to whoever from wherever makes me want to hurl. Fortunately Rome is such an egomaniac that these morons only get on for 1/50th of the show.



But yeah, Jan - first tip is lower your voice, and second tip is think before you speak. People will listen to you when you do that, otherwise have fun with the local gig, and that's cool if that is all you are trying to do.
