He seems to think that Big Ten expansion into the Big east could force Notre Dame to the Big XII, which would then help Texas land Arkansas.

For now, the little 5 don't seem to want any more competition, and Texas A&M/Texas Tech/Oklahoma State all kind of want the conference to implode so they can go elsewhere, like their little hearts were set earlier.

It sounds like all the BYU-to-the-Big-XII smoke is coming from BYU (and Oklahoma a few weeks ago). Too bad.

From the sounds of things, Holmoe forced his way into a meeting and is presenting his case.

This sounds more and more like a sales pitch to a skeptical and negative buyer.

I don't think its even clear anymore that Holmoe was ever in Dallas. I think he has been in Alaska fishing with boosters this whole time.
