I just heard this on 1280 the Zone as well. I am crossing ever finger and hoping this happens. Chip Brown has been pretty legit so far.

Wondering if there is truth to this, but that some intern jumped the gun on the announcement. The big news to Texas fans is that the Big 12 stays together, with BYU and AFA being secondary. So I still have some hope it is correct.

IF this actually happened (stupid B.S. twittering), then I'm pretty darn sure you'd see a realignment of divisions - OK and Tx in opposite divisions, just for starters.

What are the chances that the hacker is a BYU or Air Force fan? I'm just saying that it seems like an odd message to post. I would think that posting about Texas leaving or the Big 12 staying together at 10 would be a more likely scenario. I don't know it just seems a little fishy to me that's all. Perhaps it really was somebody just jumping the gun on the announcement and getting in trouble for it. If Chip Brown is really just a Big 12 pawn then maybe his radio station was forced to remove that announcement.



Or maybe I am just a BYU homer who is using his wild imagination to create a false sense of security for himself... :D

In other news, I see that the BYU Ballroom Dancing team won a recent dance competition.... ;)
