Question about Utah

It's a rumor that I find highly dubious. I can't see coaches saying that to recruits.

I heard about 3 weeks ago that Utah was unofficially offered, and is going and it will be officially announced around the 6th. I heard it from "someone I work with who knows someone who knows an assistant coach" so it is completely unverifiable (and that is why I have been keeping my trap shut). I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't true, with all the rumors going around. But I wouldn't be surprised if it is true, either. We shall soon see...

I think the PAC10 made their offer to the Big 12 expecting it to fail, but they can at least claim to have tried, so when it is Utah and Colorado, it makes more sense.
