My old weight training coach would have given him credit fot 3 of those. Congrats to Fehoko on 3 reps and bouncing it off his chest another 2 dozen.

Maybe... The Poly-style F bombs are a unique way of saying it.

In every weight room I've been in - that was an awful lift performance!! It was cheating & horrible technique! If we had tried that we would have been called "posers" and much worse!!! What a joke!!!!!

If that were at the NFL Combine, he would have tallied all of 0 reps. Not one time did he even close to locking it out or extending his arms to any degree. If he were in the Army and were doing pushups from an imaginary floor, he would have been stopped and told that he needed to fully return to the starting position. He did not perform one correct rep.



That said, he's still extremely strong. I couldn't even do one of his half reps.
