MWC-MVC dual next year

The matchups have been announced. We get to go to Creighton and U Northern Iowa gets TCU. Who makes up these matchups? I thought they try to match them up based on who will be the best teams. Still Creighton is a better matchup then most of our OOC games.

I know some series haven't been played since the 70's but I'm surprised the MWC teams hold winning records over so many of their teams.
