After attending several Utah/BYU football games, I've always wondered where their anger came from. Then I saw this, and I understood.

No, you misunderstand. It's not, "hate you" though it can be interpreted that way, it is "Hate U" as in the University of Hate, which is the correct interpretation and mindset. Well observed, though.
